Rules and Regulations - Preschool

DEAR PARENTS

IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE TEACHING AND THE LEARNING PROCESS WE HEREBY REQUEST YOU TO KNIDLY READ THE SCHOOL RULES CAREFULLY
THE FEES INCLUDES ADMISSION FEE, MONTHLY FEES, TERM FEES, AND REPORT CARD.
THE FEES DO NOT INCLUDE THE UNIFORM, BAG, BOOKS AND STATIONERY WHICH WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA.

  • FEES ONCE PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
  • IF FOR ANY REASON YOUR CHILD LEAVES THE SCHOOL DURING THE ACEDEMIC YEAR YOU HAVE TO PAY THE FULL YEAR FEES.
  • YOUR CHILD SHOULD WEAR THE SCHOOL BADGE WITH A HANDKERCHIEF, COMFORTABLE CLOTHING AND FOOTWARE THAT CAN BE REMOVED EASILY (IN RAINY REASON NO SHOES AND SOCKS)
  • EACH PARENT SHOULD HANDOVER AN EXTRA SET OF CLOTHING TO THE CLASS TEACHER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (IN A PLASTIC BAG LABELLED WITH THE CHILD’S NAME. THIS SET WILL STAY IN THE SCHOOL.
  • PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD IF HE/SHE IS UNWELL.
  • THE SCHOOL WILL REMAIN CLOSED ON SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND ALL BANK HOLIDAYS.
  • PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE PERSON COMING TO COLLECT THE CHILD IS PROPERLY INTRODUCED TO THE TEACHER. WE SHALL NOT SEND YOUR CHILD WITH A STRANGER.
  • SEND YOUR CHILD TO SCHOOL REGULARLY. IF THE CHILD IS ABSENT FOR TWO OR MORE DAYS, PLEASE INFORM THE CLASS TEACHER.
  • PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE CHILD WEAR ANY PRECIOUS ORNAMENTS AS THE SCHOOL WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAME.
